The inspiration came to me from spending time with my daughter over a fall school break.
A friend asked me- “How do you find so many things to do with your child?” I said, ” There are a 101 things you can do with your child!”
Then it hit me.
With our access to technology today, we seem to be busier than ever, but are missing important moments with our children. Sure we have social media and smart phones, but what is going to last the next trend that you are going to keep forever?
So, this was the birthing of the book for you. It fosters connection and time with our children. We still get to do things together, but we stop and allow the child and us to write down what we did and where we did it and either draw a picture or insert a 4″ x 6″ photo into the book. It allows all of us to be creative, have fun and keep the memories for generations.
Parents or guardians can look back at their children’s handwriting and what they were thinking and feeling during those moments.
Children will be able to look back at their experiences with us and marvel at the fun they had with us too.
Come with me on this journey and archive your life’s experiences with your children.
We can all agree that there is nothing more important than how we feel!
